The National Hispanic Organization of Real Estate Associates (“NHORA”) is reaching milestone after milestone through the dynamic leadership of its passionate members.
The commitment of NHORA members has to be recognized and commended. During one of the Country’s roughest and rockiest economic periods NHORA members stepped up and executed the plan set out by its National Founders to assist Consumers and Communities who were challenged by the risk of Foreclosure and other real estate hardships.
At a time when many real estate practitioners were fleeing the industry NHORA members stayed the course and remained dedicated to the Mission and Vision of the Organization standing up as Advocates for Sustainable Homeownership. Never once wavering from their beliefs that homeownership creates healthy and safe neighborhoods enhancing the quality of life for all.
For the second year in a row, Wells Fargo Mortgage awarded NHORA a Double Diamond Sponsorship. The award was granted in recognition for NHORA’s outstanding commitment to the Diversity Markets it serves.

NHORA Chapters throughout the Bay Area have deployed professional and consumer programs to kick off the first quarter of 2013. Educating Consumers on today’s real estate and lending trends is at the forefront of NHORA’s goals. There have been many changes in the financing industry, including policy and regulation designed to avoid the financial calamity of recent years, this information needs to reach the hands of prospective homebuyers.
As the real estate market improves and shows signs of growth in the decade ahead NHORA will continue to evolve through its engaged Leadership.
