This Saturday, June 20th, marks another year for the San Francisco Housing Expo at the St. Mary's Cathedral, the largest in Northern California with many workshops, several bus tours visiting properties around the city, and over 40 exhibitors will be participating around many of the Down Payment Assistance programs for first time home buyers.

Today we were saddened to learn the Homeownership Center closed its doors and hope that the deserving families will find alternative sources of assistance in obtaining their home through other HUD approved housing agencies. We wish those who were a big part of their effectiveness much success in their future endeavors.

New website for NHORA, the National Hispanic Organization of Real Estate Associates, has been announced and San Francisco merges its web presence. Additional chapter sites will soon follow as new development will house future expansion of the organization.
